Being a mobility scooter most places do not require a license, insurance, or registration, but do require a rider to operate per local regulations & in specific areas. Those areas will vary from place to place. Currently most locations allow for use anywhere pedestrians are welcome, and private property of course, but many places are also adopting new regulations to include spaces like bike lanes and specific rule for areas without pedestrian spaces.  Always check locally prior to purchase to ensure your area's specific regulations and find out everywhere you go to maximize your scooter use!
