Overview
The GIO 2-Year Extended Warranty adds an extra 2 years to the 1-year parts warranty that comes with every GIO mobility scooter, under the same terms and conditions. Choose the option that matches the scooter you are buying.
Must be purchased within a week of the original purchase of the scooter to be valid.
What is covered
- Part replacement for part failures, defects or manufacturing errors within coverage
- Batteries are protected against defects (batteries not maintained, stored or cared for as per the scooter's instructions are not considered defective)
- Warranty parts are shipped free of charge
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, incorrect use, improper care or modification
- General wear and tear parts such as tires, brake cables and brake pads
- Labour, servicing or installation of replacement parts
Warranties are non-transferable and void in the event of vehicle modification.

Claims are handled by our Vancouver store. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will take care of the claim for you.
