GIO - Ultron Electric Scooter

We received the bike very quickly. Unfortunately, we were not provided with instructions on how to attach the front bike wheel (it came not attached), and the store has been COMPLETELY unresponsive; I have left voicemails and sent inquiries through the website. We are unable to use it, given that we have no way of knowing how to put it together properly. Don't buy from them, I guess?

I received the GIO Ultron electric moped which I had ordered and I am quite happy with the way it looks. Although the box in which it came had some tears and damage, the bike was in perfect shape! Unfortunately, it is still snowing here and quite chilly, so I have not hooked up the front wheel yet. My garage is pretty cold... I found a video where a gentleman explains how to remove the front wheel on a GIO mobility scooter and it looks like that information will help me attach my front wheel properly. I had to take all the batteries out and bring them in my house the day of the delivery because it was -21C and I did not want to ruin them. I'm really looking forward to riding this electric moped!!
