Factors such as rider weight (tested at 80 kg/175 lbs), road conditions (terrain, slope, outside temperature), and operating conditions (speed, start/stop, throttle usage, etc) can affect performance either above or below listed specifications for speed and range. Please also note the estimated performance based on scooter battery capacity.

Q: Is a license plate necessary for the scooter?
A: Yes. Upon checkout, we'll provide all the documentation you need to obtain a license plate:
- Certificate of Origin (COO): This is included with your scooter and has been pre-filled with a valid VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
- Bill of Sale: This will be sent to your email, containing all of your pertinent information.
- Odometer Statement: Also sent to your email, this is specific to the State you reside in and will be pre-filled.
Q: What's the warranty?
A: Our LSM models come with a 2-year warranty, with 1 year for the battery. The warranty is limited to parts.
