A: Yes. Upon checkout, we'll provide all the documentation you need to obtain a license plate:
- Certificate of Origin (COO): This is included with your scooter and has been pre-filled with a valid VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
- Bill of Sale: This will be sent to your email, containing all of your pertinent information.
- Odometer Statement: Also sent to your email, this is specific to the State you reside in and will be pre-filled.
Q: Can I arrange a test ride?

Q: What's the refund policy?
A: You can return the product within 30 days of purchase, provided it's in its original packaging and in new condition.
Q: What's the warranty?
A: Our LSM models come with a 2-year warranty, with 1 year for the battery. The warranty is limited to parts.
Q: Are there any rebates available?
A: Yes, you can receive rebates for our scooters through the BC Government Rebate program. The GIO G2000 Motorcycle Rebate is up to $1,155. There's also a Quebec Government Rebate of $500 available.
