12V20Ah 6-DZF-20 Battery

My new battery was delivered just a few days after ordering, I was able to install with no difficulty,
and had my Titan scooter up and running in short order. It is now working just like new.

Batteries wear down, it’s expected and needs replacing. Nick was great, as always. He offered to test to see if they could be topped up and followed that up with his recommendation.
I opted for all new batteries and they were done in a day.
Above and beyond they always go; I found my scooter completely cleaned and shined up on arrival.
Staff are easy to talk to, puts me at ease every time I drop into the store.

The courier took much longer than I expected. So, that was a bit annoying. As it turned out the problem wasn’t the batteries. We’re still trying to figure out what the issue is. I left a message with you last week to inquire about your return policy but, I never heard back from you, however.

Nick was a helpful gentleman he honoured his service by accepting my brand of bike when it was a competitor brand he was efficient in communicating with me when it was close to deadline and the quote was what I paid for a battery and installment he s got my business
